Impaired lactose absorption (milk sugar) is becoming more common. Due to various reasons, children and adults develop lactose intolerance, which causes allergic reactions, disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. In European countries, up to 20% of the population has this problem in various forms, and in Ukraine, this figure is almost no different from the European one. Therefore, today lactose-free dairy products are becoming more common, which retain all the benefits of milk, but do not provoke adverse reactions in the body.
