Strudel with cheese and mushrooms

Ingredients  Ingredients:

white bread – 200 g;
tomatoes – 8 pieces;
Rosiyskyi hard cheese TM Shostka – 100 g;
basil leaves – according to your taste;
garlic – 3 cloves;
olive oil – 500 ml;
balsamic vinegar – 1 table spoon;
salt, black pepper – according to your taste


Bruschetta with tomatoes, basil and garlic


- Slice off long pieces of bread and toast it on a dry pan or in an oven till brown;

- Dice tomatoes, grind up garlic;

- Put some olive oil, tomatoes and garlic on a preheated pan and cook 1-2 minutes to keep the taste of a fresh tomato;

- Add some balsamic vinegar, mix and take away from the fire;

- Fine grate the cheese, grind up basil leaves;

- Oil the toasted bread, spread over warm tomatoes, add salt and pepper, basil and grated cheese;

- Serve as an appetizer, tastes good with vine.

Ingredients  Ingredients:

zucchini – 4 pieces;
middle-sized tomatoes – 1 piece;
Rosiyskyi hard cheese TM Shostka – 60 g;
onion – 1 piece;
bacon – 50 g;
dried thyme – 1 tea spoon;
sour cream – 1 table spoon;
salt, pepper – according to your taste;
greenery – for a garnish



Zucchini stuffed with meat, vegetables and cheese


- Cut zucchini along in two pieces. Take out part of pulp with a spoon to make kind of boats. Put zucchini boats into a baking form. Add salt and pepper according to your taste;

- Dice bacon and onion;

- Preheat a dry pan on a slow fire. Stirring, fry bacon till its brown (about 5 minutes);

- Add onion and thyme. Fry till soft (about 4 minutes);

- Dice zucchini pulp. Pick seeds from tomato and chop the pulp finely;

- Grate cheese on a large grater;

- Mix fried bacon and onion with zucchini and tomato. Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Put the mix into a zucchini boats and cover with grated cheese;

- Cook in a preheated oven (200°C) about 20 minutes. Garnish with greenery;

- Serve hot.

Ingredients  Ingredients:

spaghetti – 220 g;
king prawns – 250 g;
Rosiyskyi hard cheese TM Shostka – 100 g;
rucola salad – 100 g;
dried chili pepper – 1 peace;
garlic – 1 clove;
dry white vine – 50 ml;
dried tomatoes – 1 peace;
salt, pepper – according to your taste;
olive oil – 3 table spoons


King prawns pasta


- Cook spaghetti in a big pot of salted water;

- Meanwhile, preheat olive oil in a big pan, add garlic and chili;

- As garlic starts changing its color put prawns in a pan and cook for a minute. Then add white vine and dried tomatoes; cook on a low fire during a few minutes;

- Fine grate the cheese, grind up rucola salad;

- As pasta is done put it on a strainer. Live part of water. Put spaghetti into a sauce, stir it and add half of rucola salad;

- Add salt and pepper. Put the dish on plates;

- Garnish with grated cheese and rest of rucola salad.

Ingredients  Ingredients:

- 2,5 glass wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g shredded hard cheese
- 800 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ground pepper, salt to taste


Strudel with cheese and mushrooms


- Take flour, eggs, salt, sugar and 1 glass of water to make stiff dough. Put in a warm place for 10 minutes.

- Mushrooms and onions cut into small pieces.

- Put some oil on a pan, fry onion and then add mushrooms. Cook it together.

- Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, mix well and cool.

- Roll out the dough. First put a layer of mushroom mix, then a layer of cheese on top of it.

- Make a roll and put it in on the oiled broiler with the seam down. Cook in the oven at 220 approximately 30 minutes.

Cut into portions before serving.  

Prunes stuffed with cheese

- 500 g prunes
- 200 g of processed cheese "Shostka"
- 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 6 tablespoons rich cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar


Prunes stuffed with cheese


- Soak prunes in cold water for 3 hours, take out pits.

- Take the orange, make the zest from the orange skin, squeeze the juice.

- Put poppy seeds in a bowl, pour boiling water and leave to cool. Once cooled, drain the seeds.

- Mince poppy seeds and raisins, grind with cheese, add orange juice and mix well.

- Stuff prunes with the mix.

- Before serving put prunes into bowls and decorate with powdered sugar and orange zest.

- 1/2 zucchini average size
- 1 red or yellow pepper
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 onion average size
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 100 g shredded cheese
- Salt, pepper


Assorted vegetables with cheese


- Cut zucchini into thick pats, pepper into big pieces, mushrooms in quarters, onion into big rings.

- Put vegetables onto the buttered baking paper, add salt, pepper and shredded cheese.

- Cook in the oven heated at 250 during 10 minutes.

- Serve hot.

-         1 grapefruit
-         2 tomatoes
-         200 g hard cheese
-         50 g olives
For the sauce:
-         2 table spoons of olive oil
-         1 tea spoon of oregano
-         1 clove of garlic
-         salt, pepper


Salad with cheese and grapefruit
- Peel the grapefruit skin and cut the pulp into cubes.

- Cut cheese in cubes and tomatoes in slices.

- Put grapefruit, cheese and tomatoes on a serving dish.

- For the sauce cut the clove of garlic, add olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper and dress the salad with this sauce.

- Put the dish in the fridge for 15 min.

- Serve cooled.

Ingredients  Ingredients:

-- 60 g butter
- 40 g flour
- 350 ml milk
- 160 g grated hard cheese
- 4 eggs
- flour and oil for oiling the baking form

Cheese souffle

- Oil and flour the baking form.

- Put butter on a frying pan, add flour and fry to the golden color.

- Warm milk and pour it into flour, mix to avoid lumps. Cook the sauce to the thick cream consistency.

- Add salt and pepper.

-  Add cheese, mix, and put aside to cool.

-  Separate eggs white and yolk. Whip up separately whites and yolks.

- Mix yolks with cheese mass, then add whites.

- Fill in the form for 1/3.
- Bake 15-20 min at 180.

- Serve hot.
