Prunes stuffed with cheese

Ingredients  Ingredients:

long tomatoes – 1 kg;
boiled chicken eggs – 2-3 pieces;
processed cheese “Tvorozhnyy” TM Vesela Korivka (pre-cooled) – 2-3 pieces;
garlic – 2-6 cloves;
quills of a green onion – for a garnish;
mayonnaise, salt, pepper – according to your taste

Turkish Tulips stuffed with cheese

Instructions:

- Make an x-type cut on tomatoes: with a sharp knife cut the skin of tomato beginning at point end and finishing almost at the end (at about 2/3) of a tomato;

- Carefully unbend the tomato skin (petals of a future “tulip”). Take out a tomato pulp with a spoon avoiding damaging petals. Repeat the procedure with each tomato and put them on a plate;

- Make the filling: finely grate processed cheese and boiled eggs. Grind up garlic and mix it with cheese and eggs. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise according to your taste. Mix it finely to make a spread;

- Draw a tomato juice from the “tulip” before stuffing it;

- Stuffing: part petals and put the filling in a tomato using a tea spoon or a pastry bag. Fill in the entire tomato under its skin. Set the petals carefully (remove the filling if it shows through);

- Using a knife pierce each “tulip” at stalk and stick there a quill of green onion. Put “tulips” on a plate and garnish as a bouquet.

potatoes – 4 pieces;
carrot – 1 piece;
green onion – 1 piece;
processed cheese “Vershkovyy” TM Vesela Korivka – 400 g;
water – 1 l;
salmon fillet – 300 g;
pine nuts – 3 table spoons;
olive oil – 2 table spoons;
salt, pepper – according to your taste;
fresh dill – 1 bundle 

 

Cheese soup with salmon

Instructions:

- Grind up the cheese, add it to a pot of a boiled water, stir finely;

- Add diced potato and cook till half-prepared;

- Grind up a green onion, finely grate carrot and sauté them with an olive oil. Add skinned pine nuts;

- Cut salmon fillet into thin slices;

- Add sautéed mix and salmon slices, salt and pepper. Wait till simmer and cook 5 more minutes to prepare the fish;

- Add grinded dill.

tomatoes – 8 pieces;
boiled eggs – 3-4 pieces;
processed cheese “With greens ans garlic” TM Vesela Korivka – 300 g;
garlic – 1-2 cloves;
green parsley and dill – according to your taste;
salt, pepper – according to your taste

 

 

Tomatoes stuffed with cheese and greenery in Cyprian way

Instructions:

- Choose tomatoes of the same size, take the stalks away and wash the tomatoes. Cut off the upper part of each tomato;

- Carefully take out a pulp with a spoon and stuff tomatoes with prepared filling.

Filling:

- Finely grate the cheese;

- Mix cheese with grinded boiled eggs, parsley, dill and garlic.

- Put stuffed tomatoes on a plate, cover each tomato with its “cap” and garnish with greenery.

- 1/4 liter water
- 1/4 liter milk
- 125 g instant mashed potatoes
- Salt
- 1 pat of butter
- 250 g tomato puree
- 6 servings of The Laughing Cow
- 50 g bread crumbs

Shepherd's pie with the Laughing Cow

Instructions:

- Bring 1/4 liter of water and 1/4 liter of milk to a boil in a pot. Pour 125 g of instant mashed potato powder into the liquid and salt to taste.

- Peel one onion and cut into small dice. Melt a dab of butter in a skillet and cook the onion in it for 1 minute. Add 600 grams of ground beef and cook it for 5 minutes. Season and add 250 grams of pureed tomatoes. Let simmer for 4 minutes on low heat.

- In a buttered casserole dish, spread a layer of mashed potatoes, then a layer of ground beef. Distribute 6 servings of Laughing Cow on the meat and cover with another layer of mashed potatoes. Cover the top of the dish with 50 grams of bread crumbs and a few dabs of butter.

- Cook the dish in the over at 220C for 15 minutes.

Penne salad with basil, tomato and the Laughing Cow cheese

- 300 g of penne pasta
- 20 green olives
- a few basil leaves
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 4 portions of the Laughing Cow
- A drizzle of olive oil

 Penne salad

Instructions:

- add 300 g of penne pasta to a pan of boiling salted water and cook for the time stated on the pack. Drain and cool under cold water.

- Put the pasta in a bowl and add around 20 green olives, a few leaves of chopped basil, around twenty cherry tomatoes, and 4 portions of the Laughing Cow cheese cut into cubes. Drizzle with olive oil.

Profiteroles with cheese

Ingredients  Ingredients:

For profiteroles:

- 1 ½ glass of water
- 90 g of butter
- 1 ½ glass of flour
- 4 eggs
- Salt, pepper

For filling:

- “Laughing Cow” cream cheese (1 tub)
- garlic
- herbs

Profiteroles with cheese

Instructions:

Choux pastry:

- Add butter and salt to water and bring to boil.

- Take off, add flour and mix well. You should have thick, homogeneous puree.

- Again put the pot on the stove, and warm it a bit while stirring intensively.

- Let the dough cool, add 1 egg and mix till you get a homogeneous mass. Then add the rest eggs one by one and a pinch of red pepper. The ready pastry should be homogeneous, smooth and thick.

- Put ball-shaped dough on the oiled pan and bake at 210-220° first 10-15 minutes. Then lower the temperature till 190-200° and bake another 10-15 minutes. The pastry should cool down in the oven.

Filling:

- Laughing Cow cheese press with fork.

- Add herbs and garlic by taste.

Cut the pastries in half and put the filling inside. Before serving decorate the plate with green salad and herbs.

Salad with squid and “Vesela Korivka” cheese

- 300 g of squid
- 2 eggs - Greenery (parsley, dill)
- 200 g of Laughing Cow cream cheese            
- 150 g of pickles
- 5 g of garlic
- Mayonnaise
 

 

Salad with squid and Laughing Cow cheese

Instructions:

- Wash off squid birds, remove the inner stuff, clear from

the membrane and remove cartilaginous plate 

-  Boil squids in salted water 2 minutes 

- Cool and cut into strips

-  Grade processed cheese 

- Boil eggs and cut them into cubes

- Cut pickles into strips

- Press the garlic and mix with mayonnaise

- Mix squids, cheese, eggs, pickles and greenery

- Add mayonnaise with garlic

- Butter 40 g
- Milk 1l
- 100 g of Laughing Cow cream cheese (tub)
- Chicken file 200g
- Fresh mushrooms 150 g
- Salt, pepper by taste
 

 

Cream soup with mushrooms and chicken

Instructions:

 - Boil milk, add cheese and stir until cheese melts completely  

- Cut chicken file into cubes and add to the boiling mix

- Cut mushrooms and add them to the soup

- Cook until chicken and mushrooms are ready

- Add salt/pepper and melted butter 

- Decorate with greenery and crackers 

- If you wish you may add boiled vegetables 

 
Pancakes with cheese and mushroom filling

Ingredients  Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of  sour cream

- 750 g of warm water
- 1 glass of flour
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 400 g of Laughing Cow with

mushrooms (in tub)
- 350 g of mushrooms
- 50 g of onion
- Greenery, salt
- Soda at the tip of a knife 

Pancakes with cheese and mushrooms

Instructions:

- Whip up eggs, salt, soda and sour cream.

- Add 750 g of warm water and whip up again.

- Add 1 glass of flour, whip up and add oil. Mix well. 

- Bake on a pan for pancakes. 

Filling: 

-     cut mushrooms and onions and fry

- mix with cheese

- put filling onto pancakes and make rolls 

- decorate with greenery

Ingredients  Ingredients:

- 500 g of big eggplants
- 200 g of mayonnaise
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 g of Laughing Cow "Druzhba" cheese

- 80 g of hot red pepper
- 100 g of smoked salmon

Hot “tongues” with cheese

Instructions:

 - Cut eggplants into thing slices lengthwise and grill.

- Mash cheese, add garlic and pepper cut into cubes.

- Put mayonnaise on each eggplant slice, add a layer of cheese and salmon, and make rolls. 

- Pour tomato sauce before serving.
